For the past few days, there has been a shortage of beds and oxygen for corona patients in the country. In such a situation the concept of home hospitalization becomes important.
What is home hospitalization?
- If you have subtle symptoms of covid, do at least 14 isolations yourself at home
–Keep a pulse oximeter in the house. Your oxygen level is not less than 94. Check it out. If more than 94, no need to worry. You can get well at home.
- If the oxygen level on the pulse oximeter falls below 94, sleep on the stomach 5-6 times a day for 2 hours. This will help in lowering the oxygen level.
- If oxygen level still does not improve, order an oxygen cylinder or oxygen concentrator at home. The oxygen cylinder has to be refilled when it runs out. The oxygen concentrator provides oxygen in the air. But Oxygen concentrator is more expensive in the market.
- If the oxygen level does not improve even after the above experiment, CT scan should be done. If there is a small amount of covid in it, continue experimenting with oxygen. Will feel better in a few days.
