Mumbai: Mayor Kishori Pednekar has given important information to Mumbaikars on the backdrop of Cyclone Tauktae in the Arabian Sea. He warned the people living on the beach in Mumbai to be vigilant. He said that all the systems are ready. It is said that Mumbai will not be hit by this. She said lifeguards were deployed at the intersections.
The mayor informed that patients were being shifted from Mulund and Dahisar Kovid centers to other hospitals in the wake of the storm.
The trees around the Kovid Center have been pruned. The mayor said the decision on whether to move the jumbo comedian would be made by noon so that patients would not be bothered if the storm hit the jumbo coveted center. She said she was making the decision based on the severity of the storm.
