Good news for those who are waiting for the rains (Maharashtra Monsoon)

Mumbai: Rains have lashed the state for the last few days. So all eyes were on the rain. Due to the disappearance of rains for a few days, the farmers faced the crisis of double sowing. It is now good news for farmers and the general public. The meteorological department has forecast torrential rains in various parts of the state. (heavy rain in coming 4 days in Mumbai Konkan and western Maharashtra predicts imd)

According to the meteorological department, from today (July 11), the next 4 days will be conducive to rain. Therefore, torrential rains are forecast in the state including Mumbai, Konkan and in the next 4 days. Extreme levels of rainfall are expected in some parts of Ratnagiri and Sindhudurg.

Heavy rains are also forecast in Pune, Satara and Kolhapur in western Maharashtra. Moderate rainfall is likely in Vidarbha Marathwada. These forecasts have been made by the Meteorological Department.

Orange alert from the weather department

The meteorological department has issued orange alerts for Mumbai and Thane districts. According to the alert, heavy rains are expected in some parts of Mumbai for the next three days. The highest rainfall is expected in Mumbai, Thane, Raigad and Sindhudurg.
