The government will take an important decision regarding local trains

Mumbai: After the Chief Minister discussed the lockdown with the task force two days ago, an order is likely to be issued today to relax the lockdown. Corona growth rate is low in 25 districts of the state. (Maharashtra likely to ease restrictions in 25 districts, including Mumbai, from August 1)

The task force has also played a positive role in easing the lockdown in these 25 districts. Accordingly, an order in this regard has also been prepared. Only this order has to be signed by the Chief Minister. The Chief Minister was on a visit to Kolhapur yesterday. Therefore, this order could not be signed yesterday. Therefore, the order is likely to be signed by the Chief Minister today and it is understood that the lockdown in the state will be relaxed from August 1.

The rules were expected to be released after discussions with the task force yesterday on relaxing the lockdown rules. However, no order has been issued yet. The order has stalled due to the Chief Minister’s signature balance. There is a strong demand for relaxation in lockdown in the state. Small traders across the state in particular are demanding an increase in shop hours. It has been two months now that the traders have made this demand through various means. Occasional traders also took to the streets to demand this.

On the other hand, several ministers in the state cabinet also repeatedly demanded relaxation in the lockdown at cabinet meetings. But the Chief Minister was not in the mood to relax. The issue was also discussed at a meeting with the task force on Thursday. After the meeting, it was said that an order would be issued to relax the lockdown. It is learned that the order is ready, but the order could not be issued as the file was not signed by the Chief Minister.

The order is likely to be issued after the Chief Minister returns from Kolhapur. Restrictions will be relaxed in 25 districts in the state where the number of corona patients is low. The shops will be allowed to remain open till 8 pm. Hotels, restaurants and malls will be allowed to operate at 50 per cent capacity. But the people and traders of the state are waiting for this order. On the other hand, the demand for permission to take two vaccines from a local in Mumbai is gaining momentum. However, the question before the government is how to set up a system to ensure the vaccination of the two vaccinators.
