Action as directed by ISI
Sources said the Taliban had taken the action at the behest of Pakistan’s ISI. The real ISI wants to harm Indian interests by using the Taliban as pawns. Upon entering the Indian consulate, Taliban militants raided nearby homes in an attempt to gather information on Afghan troops.
