The government has started the work of appraisal of officers A, B and C of CSS, CSSS and CSCS.
Mumbai: There is good news for central employees. Because their salary has been increased. Along with the salary increase, promotion will also be their promotion. Central employees will be promoted after appraisal. For this the employees have to fill up a self assessment form and submit the form to the reporting officer. Reporting officers will give ratings to employees, after which they will be appraised and their salaries will be increased.
Appraisal will be done under the Annual Performance Assessment Report (APAR). Although the government has extended this period in view of the second wave of corona, the work will be completed by 31 December 2021. Appraisal work will not continue after this.

Appraisal on the SPARROW portal
An official statement from the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) was issued in May. It states that the APAR process has been postponed from the point of view of Covid-19. The deadline has been extended for distribution, online production, recording and appraisal under APAR. This instruction applies to Group A, B and C officers.
Self Assessment Appraisal
If any reporting or reviewing officer fails to record your comments or remarks, the Appraisal Officer will appraise based on the total employee record.
The reporting officer is scheduled to submit his appraisal report on June 30, 2021. The reporting officer will have to send his report to the reviewing officer by July 31. The reviewing officer will have to send the appraisal report to the APAR cell by August 31.
The APAR cell will have to make a disclosure by September 10, 2021. If any representation regarding APAR is required, it must be made within 15 days from the date of disclosure.
